The solution deployed was dDriven’s proprietary UNLSH platform, which integrated data from over 20 IT/OT data sources, including Process Historians, SAP, Asset Performance Management (APM) systems, Document Management, LIMS, Engineering Data Management, and GIS platforms. The platform offered real-time visualization of 300+ KPIs from more than 50,000 data tags, delivering a single-window view of operations. The complete solution—from data engineering to customized visualization—was delivered within four months.

The OCC has since served as the foundational digital operating system for the customer’s production functions.
