Our Projects

Provision of engineering support and project management consultancy services (PMC) for projects across the RJ block.

Nauvata was awarded the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) for one of India’s largest multi-field oil & gas development projects in Rajasthan. The scope includes concept studies, front-end engineering, and execution support for enhanced oil recovery, debottlenecking, and surface facility expansions across the RDG, Bhagyam, Aishwarya, Mangala, and satellite fields. This complex, multi-disciplinary project involves the design and integration of new wellpads, pipelines, gas processing units, polymer and ASP flooding systems, and critical infrastructure upgrades—delivered under challenging brownfield conditions while ensuring regulatory compliance and production optimization.

Integrated Development of Cluster-I and GS29

ONGC’s Eastern Offshore Asset, Kakinada, is developing oil and gas blocks in the Krishna-Godavari (KG) Basin. KG-DWN-98/2 Cluster-I (DWN-E1, DWN-F1) is a NELP block, while GS-29 is a nominated block.

Initially, DWN-F1 and GS-29 were planned for integrated development, with DWN-E1 as standalone. To optimize cost and time, ONGC revised the plan for integrated development of all three fields and appointed NET for Pre-FEED and FEED.

The plan includes tie-back of oil wells (GS-29-6/7/8/10, DWN-F1) and gas well DWN-E1 to an existing Central Processing Platform (CPP). NET is responsible for designing new facilities at the CPP for well fluid separation.

Liquids (oil, condensate, water) will be routed to Cluster-II FPSO via PM-04 manifold, while gas will be commingled with Cluster 2A/2B gas and exported to OOT, Mallavaram, through the existing 20” pipeline.

Project Management Consultancy Services for KG-DWN-98/2 Cluster-II Development

The KG-DWN-98/2 Cluster-II Project is a large-scale offshore oil and gas development undertaken by ONGC in the deep waters of India’s East Coast, adjacent to the KG-D6 field operated by Reliance. The project includes a mix of oil and gas fields—Cluster 2A (oil) and Cluster 2B (gas)—and involves operations in water depths ranging from 250 to 1450 meters. With a project value of INR 45,000 crore (~$5 billion), it is among the most ambitious upstream developments in the region.

Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL)

This is a prominent ongoing project undertaken for Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) to develop state-of-the-art hydrocarbon product storage and dispatch infrastructure. With a project value of INR 450 crore (~$55 million), the initiative spans two key sites: Devangonthi in Bangalore and the MRPL Refinery Complex in Mangalore, and aims to support efficient product movement and terminal automation aligned with industry best practices.
