The solution deployed was dDriven’s proprietary UNLSH platform, which integrated over 25 IT/OT data streams comprising 141,000 time-series tags and applications including SAP PM, SAP MM, Planning, Scheduling, LIMS, and Process Historians. Using UNLSH’s no-code data workbenches, the complete data engineering and model deployment were achieved in just 14 weeks. The Operations Digital Twin provided real-time insights into process behavior, asset reliability, and production efficiency, helping optimize operations across the complex.

Challenges & Excellence
The major challenge was the scale and complexity of real-time data harmonization across diverse applications and geographies. Despite this, the digital twin solution went live within 14 weeks, delivering an impressive ROI within 3 months. Tangible benefits included USD 25 million in direct cost savings (~2.5%) and an overall estimated impact of USD 62 million, including USD 17 million in recovered opportunity costs and USD 20 million in risk and incident mitigation. The ODT has become a critical enabler of predictive operations and cost-efficient production for the client.
