FPSO Alexandre de Gusmão (Mero 4)

For the FPSO Alexandre de Gusmão, Nauvata was responsible for providing comprehensive engineering services as part of a collaboration with SBM Offshore. The scope included Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), detailed engineering, and procurement engineering for this high-capacity deepwater FPSO. Nauvata’s involvement ensured the integration of complex topside modules capable of processing 180,000 barrels of oil and 12 million cubic meters of gas per day, along with 250,000 barrels per day of water injection capacity. The project demanded precise execution to support the FPSO’s deployment in approximately 1,900 meters of water depth, adhering to Petrobras’ stringent performance and safety standards.
