This project was executed for the largest naphtha-cracking petrochemical complex operated by a Fortune 500 petrochemical major with a global footprint. The objective was to implement a real-time cyber replica of plant operations, known as Operations Digital Twins (ODTs), to enable advanced operational visibility, decision intelligence, and cross-functional integration across key functions like asset performance, planning, and reliability.
AI-Enabled Coil-Out Temperature (COT) Optimization
This project was undertaken for a reputed refinery seeking to enhance operational efficiency in coil-out temperature (COT) management. The aim was to reduce the time taken by operators to determine the optimal COT—an essential parameter for heater performance and energy efficiency—through the deployment of AI-enabled prescriptive analytics.
FPSO Almirante Tamandaré
Nauvata contributed to engineering the world’s largest FPSO, deployed by Petrobras at the Búzios field, Brazil.
The unit processes 225,000 bpd of oil and is moored at 2000 m water depth with 1.4 million barrels of storage.
