A self-proclaimed tech enthusiast, Mr. Raikar is currently focused on customer acquisition, investments in various technologies, and mergers and acquisitions. He identifies carbon capture and storage, as well as carbon dioxide enhanced oil recovery, as critical technologies for reducing Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions in the oil and gas sector. Additionally, he highlights the potential of mini/micro-LNG plants to capture and convert flare gas at remote locations into LNG, which can be transported to high-demand areas. He also points to technologies related to plastic circularity that can convert single-use plastics into pyrolysis oil, which can be purified for use as cracker feed in refineries and petrochemical plants.
Mr. Raikar fosters a culture of empowerment and trust within his team, emphasizing the importance of celebrating successes and maintaining a collaborative environment. Looking ahead, his near-term goal is to acquire and grow two companies focusing on full plastic circularity and data analytics platforms. His long-term aspiration is to position NET Enterprise as a global leader in the energy transition business with a unicorn valuation.
Mr. Raikar holds a mechanical engineering degree from NITK Surathkal (formerly Karnataka Regional Engineering College). In his leisure time, he enjoys working out, reading, playing the guitar, and traveling to both mountains and beaches, as well as off-roading.
