Challenges & Excellence
NET’s PMC team maintained project momentum, ensured seamless coordination, and kept project costs in check. The team successfully navigated multi-million-dollar claims while safeguarding ONGC’s interests. The achievement of First Oil on 7th January 2024 stands as a testament to the project’s resilience and NET’s effective management under pressure.
