The project involves various surface facility developments, field expansions, and process
optimizations across multiple oil and gas fields.
Key scopes include:
Concept and Adequacy Study for RDG Low–Pressure Operation.
- Assessment of existing wellpads, pipelines, gas processing units, and power
supply adequacy. - Identification of bottlenecks and debottlenecking options.
- Simulation of RDG, RGT, and Bridge terminals for low–pressure scenarios.
- Proposal of new equipment and facilities to enhance processing capacity
Development and Integration of Surface Facilities for RDG Additional Infill
Wells (FEED & ITT)
- Engineering and Front–End Design for RDG Infill Wells.
- Adequacy study and debottlenecking of existing infrastructure.
- Preparation of EPC tender documents and cost estimation.
Surface Facilities for Bhagyam 14 Infill Wells, Aishwarya Upper Fatehgarh Polymer Flood, NI–Stage–III, and Injection Water Pipeline Replacement (PMC Services)
- Development of additional wellpads and integration with production infrastructure.
- Polymer flood implementation and pipeline replacement for water injection.
- Mangala Well Pad 01 & 19 Alkali Surfactant Polymer (ASP) Flood (PMC Services).
- Enhancement of oil recovery using ASP flooding.
- Construction of ASP solution preparation, injection systems, and infrastructure upgrades.
Development of Surface Facilities for RDG Infill Wells (PMC Services)
- Expansion of RDG field production facilities with new wells and pipelines.
- Engineering and construction supervision for integration with existing
systems.
Integrated Field Plan Execution Services in Satellite Fields (PMC Services)
- Development of marginal oil and gas fields using independent production
facilities. - Construction of pipelines, quick production facilities, and gas dew pointing
systems
